Straight forward - great visit to send out a package to a client in Hawaii . Total cost for shipping was reasonable. ETA and tracking number was given so I can check on the distance to client .

Not helpful,no explaination on fee's charged. Just a sign on counter pushed closer to me. Then got the silent treatment. Maybe to close to closing time. Still not professional service.

Needed one strip of tape to secure the top of a small box for a return. They would not provide a strip of tape so I bought a full roll of tape and gave it back to them. Hopefully they will take...
