Buzzard Billy's Flying Carp Caf , founded in 1997, caters to tourists, business travelers and convention goers. It has a 1950s-style cocktail lounge, The Starlite Lounge, which is located on the second floor and features a variety of martinis, wines and single-malt Scotch. The caf organizes live entertainment programs two days in a week. Buzzard Billy's Flying Carp Caf s menu features a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, pasta, po' boys, sandwiches, steaks, desserts and beverages. Its menu also includes New Orleans bread pudding, blackened catfish, grilled-chicken Caesar salads, seafood gumbo, seafood-stuffed mushrooms and Cajun nachos. The caf additionally operates a birthday club that provides special invitations to members for free birthday meals. Buzzard Billy's Flying Carp Caf is located in La Crosse, Wis.

The service is great, super fast and very nice people. Quiet little place. The food is awesome. The poutine is so good my mom stabbed my brother with a fork over it. Would recommend, 5 stars.
